Lauren is the Vice President of Groundswell Strategies, a full service firm that offers political, advocacy and media consulting for public and corporate clients at the local, state, and federal level. As vice president of Groundswell Strategies, Ms. Pardo has assisted in the development of client relationships in the public and private sector. 

 

Ms. Pardo has over 7 years of congressional and political experience. She worked on Capitol Hill as a staff member in the office of U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) as well as in his Florida District Office. Ms. Pardo has worked on local, state, and federal campaigns, beginning with Senator Rubio’s race for the U.S. Senate.

 

Lauren was born and raised in Miami where she lives with her family. Besides spearheading campaigns, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and boating with her beagle.
